This year has been all about adapting and change to what is going on around us and watercolour has been something new for me . I have enjoyed the fluidity of the water, the need to work on my accuracy with the portraiture as there is no room for error. However I have also enjoyed the use of the error in the watercolour in the play element with the water and allowing to see how the colours blend and distribute around the paper. the uncertainty of the water with the paint has also been great for experimenting and I love the different marks you can make with different brushes and various amounts of water..
